Dovi Thromboaspiration System is a thromboaspiration system used in coronary vessels, and peripheral arteries/veins. The system works unidirectionally, both opening the vessel lumen and preventing the distal migration of the thrombus material. The Dovi Thromboaspiration System intervenes in the thrombus and the thrombus in the vein is actively and rapidly cleared separately from the blood. The “Dovi Thromboaspiration System” is for single use only.

Detailed specifications

ASPIRATION CATHETER

  • Optimized tip design
  • Strong washability and superior fracture resistance
  • Large extraction lumens that provide better aspiration
  • Prevents vascular wall damage through the guide wire system
  • The side aspiration window allows efficient aspiration of the thrombus adhered to the wall
  • The catheter is designed and proven to dissolve small, fresh thrombi in peripheral vessels.

Indicated Vessels

  • Peripheral Veins
  • Pulmonary Artery
  • Inferior Vena Cava
  • Subclavian Vein
  • Hepatic Vein

CLINICAL SUCCESS

Common iliac, external iliac, common femoral, femoral, and popliteal veins of the lower extremities deep vein thrombosis (DVT)’s treatment of 80 patients, by Percutaneous Thrombectomy between the dates of September 2020 and October 2019 (MO) underwent therapy. Aspiration and mechanical thrombectomy procedures were performed until the thrombus was completely dissolved using the Dovi Aspiration system and the Mantis Mechanical Thrombectomy System for thrombectomy (Invamed, Ankara, Turkey).

AS A RESULT OF THE STUDY, 95% of SUCCESSFUL RESULTS WERE OBTAINED IN THE TREATMENT of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) of the lower extremities of the iliac, external iliac, common femoral, femoral and popliteal veins.
